I’ve definitely been using digital payments a lot more lately — mainly because it’s just so convenient. Whether it’s tapping my phone, using an e-wallet, or even online transfers, it’s fast and I don’t have to worry about carrying change or stopping by the ATM.
That said, I still carry a bit of cash, just in case. There are risks with going fully digital — like if your phone battery dies, poor internet connection, or even if the system goes down. Plus, there’s always the concern about privacy and security.
As for whether cash will disappear… maybe one day, but I think it’ll still stick around for a while. Some people still prefer it, especially the older generation or in places where digital adoption isn’t widespread. It’s also useful during emergencies when tech fails.
But yeah, digital payments are definitely changing how businesses operate — they’re faster, easier to track, and often cheaper to manage than handling physical cash. It’s interesting to watch how it’s all evolving!
